As a certified wedding coordinator through the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada, I am so excited to finally offer coordinating services for our amazing couples. I fell in love with weddings and all the pieces of it when we got engaged and started planning our own. The colors, themes, DIY projects, and all the details that go along with a wedding just sparked by creative side and fueled my fire for organization.

As the event coordinator for the DJ side of our business, I have loved meeting our clients and getting to spend so many incredible moments with them as a DJ and sometimes as their unofficial coordinator. I get personally invested in their weddings, it’s almost like family getting married, and that’s the kind of relationship I want to have with anyone that chooses to have us be part of their wedding as their planner.

Taylor is a sophisticated young professional with a passion for events and especially weddings.

Taylor comes to us with an extensive background all relative to the wedding and event industry including; event management, food and beverage, customer service excellence and sales, etc.

Taylor has been a guest speaker and blogger for MasterTheEvent.com discussing topics including: how she got started in the wedding and event industry, her event experiences and even giving current and future students the best tips on getting a great internship. Taylor is an Honours graduate from Humber College in Toronto, Ontario where she earned her diploma in Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management. While in Toronto, Taylor had a one-of-a-kind opportunity interning for the award-winning Tara O’Grady - Bliss Events. Taylor believes in continuous education; therefore, she has been successful in achieving the following designations: · (TCP) Tourism Certified Professional as an Event Coordinator through OTEC · (WPICC) Wedding Planning Institute of Canada Certification through WPIC

Day Of Planning Package

Starts at $1250.00.

If you like the planning process, but want to make sure the day runs smoothly so you can just enjoy your wedding day. Typically starts about 1-2 months before the wedding.

  • Includes an initial consultation to go over vision, theme and hopes for the wedding.
  • Help with creating a timeline that will make your wedding day flow easily.
  • Support and guidance on wedding etiquette questions by using professional experience.
  • Support, guidance and hands-on assistance with wedding theme ideas and projects.
  • Help ensure none of the essential pieces of a wedding are missed.
  • Coordinate with all vendors to make sure all have the same information
  • Oversee the rehearsal (if necessary)

The BIG Day

  • 8-12 Hours of coordination vary on package selected
  • Assistance with venue set up and décor
  • The central contact for all of your vendors.
  • Ensure everything runs according to your timeline and handle any unexpected changes or events throughout the day.
  • Make sure that you are relaxed and don’t have to worry about anything than the three things you “have” to do, which is “Get Up, Get Dressed, and Get MARRIED”!

The Whole Package

Starts at $2250.00.

If your life is too busy with school, work etc. or you just want the professional help from the very beginning, this package makes sure we are there every step of the way. Typically starts about a year before the wedding.

  • Includes an initial consultation to go over vision, themes and hopes for the wedding
  • Three venue visits to help determine suitability
  • Attending vendor meetings when required
  • Budget creation and guidance
  • Customized Planning Timeline/Checklist to help keep you on track
  • Help with creating a timeline that will make your wedding day flow easily
  • Support and guidance on wedding etiquette questions by using professional experience
  • Support, guidance and hands-on assistance with wedding theme ideas and projects
  • Help ensure none of the essential pieces of a wedding are missed
  • Coordinate with all vendors to make sure all have the same information
